The ANA.NOVA Alpha Stem system takes the latest biomechanical findings such as proximal application of force, accentuated proximal stem fixation as well metaphyseal cortical locking into account.
The design and surgical technique of this modern hip stem system allows for minimally invasive curved insertion of the rasp and the hip stem. This spares the pelvic-trochanter muscles and bone substance in the trochanter and is thus in keeping with the demands of the age of minimally invasive surgery.
