The ANA.NOVA Revision Stem is a double-tapered long stem with a rectangular cross-section. . It combines a tried and tested, simple surgical technique with a broad range of indications that allows the majority of all standard revision cases to be treated.
The main fixation of the ANA.NOVA Revision Stem lies in the viable cortical bone substance proximal to the isthmus. The rectangular-tapered shape provides for lengthy cortical fixation in the distal region, thus allowing proximal femur defects to be bridged.
